Minimum
3 night stay is required. If your stay will be shorter please
contact us we may have something available for 1 or 2 days.
Rates are subject to change until a reservation has been made.
The rates posted are summer season rates May through September.
If you are interested in staying off-season, please inquire
about discounts.

US per day plus 6.5 % city tax for 1 to 4 guests
- $225.00
US per day plus 6.5 % city tax for 5 to 6 guests
A
50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. This must
be paid at the time the reservation is made. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Upon receipt of
your deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with
all of your vacation rental information and directions. Balance
is due upon arrival at the Inn.
CHECK-IN
AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check in is after 3 p.m. and Check out is 11 a.m. This time
is necessary so that we can clean and otherwise ready the
house between guests. If you need, we can hold luggage for
you either before you check in or after you check out. If
the Inn is ready we may be able to check you in before 3 PM.
Contact us if you require a later check out.
CANCELLATIONS
A minimum of 14 days notice is required prior to date of arrival
if you must cancel. A full refund will be given less a $25.00
handling fee for cancellations.
